Verderflex Peristaltic Pumps

Peristaltic Tube Pump

Also known as positive displacement pumps the natural pumping action of the peristaltic tube pump totally compresses the tubing and upon restitution the resulting vacuum draws liquid in and along the tube without any product slip. Because the medium being pumped does not come into contact with any moving parts and is kept totally contained there is no chance for contamination, resulting in a hygienic, shear sensitive pumping solution ideal for laboratory conditions.

The Verderflex Scientific range of peristaltic tube pumps are highly accurate, repeatable flow pumps that are ideally suited for accurate chemical dosing in pharmaceutical and laboratory applications. Capable of flow rates from a few milliliters a minute up to 1.3l/min.

Chemical Dosing System

This tough bench-top tube pump has a robust outer casing, simple and effective control options and a programmable pump version ideal for the accurate dispensing and dosing of chemicals. The chemical dosing system has a repeatability of ±1% and metering capabilities of ±5%. The programmable pump can dose single or repeat volumes, with a user defined time interval between jobs. Also, capable of pumping up to four channels at once due to the unique stackable head system.

The bench top tube pump is ideal for dosing shear sensitive liquids as the gentle pumping action draws liquid into the tube. As the only part to ever come in contact with the pumped fluid is the tube a scientific tube pump is a totally hygienic choice for laboratory conditions.

A washdown IP66 version of the Scientific tube pump is available for the harshest of environments.

Low Flow High Pressure - the relaxing way to dose

Verderflex are proud to introduce the Verderflex Aura dosing pump. The easiest to use dosing pump available for chemical transfer and dosing of liquids and gases such as fragrances.

This simple pump design includes easy tube load features for fast changeover. A straight forward timing and lockout system. You can set the Aura to dose continuously for a set period of time and then to ‘lock out’ to prevent accidental overdosing. Making the pump an ideal choice for low flow applications and multi-user use.

Pumps for Pharmaceutical Applications

The Verderflex Smart is an excellent low pressure dosing pump, capable of handling viscous, abrasive and chemically aggressive liquids. The Verderflex Smart pumps for pharmaceutical applications can be controlled either manually, remotely or through a programmable control system and comes with pump heads capable of flow rates from 0.25 ml/min up to 27,000 ml/min.

Easy to operate dosing pump

The modern pump design has been made with the user in mind, making the Smart pump one of the easiest pumps to use.

The pump has an easy fit saddle mechanism which has been developed to be operated with only one hand. Based on a ski boot design the tube is top loaded making tube changeover simple with either hand.

An illuminated display is easy to use and visible from all angles with no restriction from the pump itself. The menu system is simple and logical to navigate giving the user quick control over the large range of dosing features available.

Chemical Resistant Tubing

Verderflex has a range of tube pumps to suit a variety of applications and to provide a number of solutions. Ranging from OEM pumps through our range of scientific dosing pumps popular in pharmaceuticals and the food industry, to the larger industrial tube pumps available.

Alongside our range of pumps are a selection of chemical resistant tubing in several standard materials with various diameters and thicknesses. Special tubes are also available on request.

Small Positive Displacement Pumps for OEM

Pumps intended for panel mounting and built in to your own equipment. Offering accurate dosing to be used as part of your OEM solution, this range of small positive displacement pumps can be found in many applications such as printing, packaging and chemical dosing.
