Located in a purpose built facility in the North West of England, Chester offers a wide range of pharmaceutical contract packing services, including blister packing, bottle filling, medical device assembly and manufacture, re-dressing and packing of OTC products.

Our blister packing facilities include cold form and thermo form as well as the ability to liquid fill blisters.

Carton, Leaflet and Label Manufacturing

Chester is almost unique in the market in having in-house manufacture of packaging components such as cartons, leaflets and labels. This vertical integration gives us significant advantages in terms of speed of implementation, control of the process and of course, cost in terms Carton, Leaflet and Label Manufacturing.

Clinical Trials Packing,Distribution and Veterinary Licences

Chester Medical has recently obtained an IMP licence for the packing of clinical trials materials, in addition to its existing MHRA assembly, distribution and veterinary licences. We are also accredited to ISO 13485 for medical devices and of course ISO 9001:2000.
