ASCO NUMATICS - A Division of the Emerson group, is a global leader in Industrial automation, with 20 manufacturing plants and over 2,000 service points.

We offer an extensive range of valves, from the market leading miniature valves through to 3" nominal bore pulse valves used in dust collector systems. We can offer standard valves for controlling all types of fluids across a variety of uses. ASCO NUMATICS also manufactures a complete range of standard and special pneumatic components. Whether you need a simple pneumatic cylinder, a sophisticated proportional valve, actuator or a fieldbus system.

Air Service Equipment

ASCO NUMATICS designs and builds an extensive line of air preparation and air service equipment including particulate and coalescing filters, pressure regulators, lubricators and air dryers. A complete line of solenoid and manually operated quick exhaust and slow start valves are also available.

ASCO NUMATICS air preparation components maximise system performance and safety from the compressor to the point of use and assist customers in the proper application of these components. We continuously develop innovative new and improved products making sure that our customers use state-of-the-art FRL technology.

ATEX Valves

Asco supply a wide range of ATEX approved, non-electrical valves to users and OEMs in all types of industry. We provide ATEX valves, solenoids, containers and automated equipment for explosive atmosphere applications.

ASCO NUMATICS ATEX certified non-electrical valves complete an ATEX solution that also includes one of the widest ranges of solenoid operators and enclosure types complying with the Directive, and dust collector systems for removing dust from the atmosphere in industrial manufacturing plants.

Air Filter / Regulator / Lubricators

ASCO NUMATICS offer a wide range of FRL products with excellent performance and operational specification. Our 105, 107, 112 and 160 series air filter, regulator and lubricator systems are a modular, compact range suitable for all types of pneumatics circuits. With a lightweight compact design they are ideal for direct mounting on rigid piping or in restricted installation spaces.

The range is capable of filtering compressed air and neutral gas to 25µm and is suitable for operating pressure from 0°c to 50°c. The range also comes with many connection options from a ⅛" upto 1 ½" inch.
Our FRL systems are designed for fast on-site assembly and connection of the filter, regulator and lubricator in one single unit and are available with a range of options and accessories including shut off valves, soft start units and pressure gauges.

General Purpose Valves

We offer an extensive range of specialised and general purpose valves, from the market leading miniature circuit board mounted valves through to 3" nominal bore pulse valves used in dust collector systems. Supported by a team of experienced application engineers, ASCO NUMATICS can offer standard valves for controlling all types of fluids across a variety of uses, or will engineer a bespoke valve solution for individual specialist applications.
