Since it’s foundation in 1988, Priorclave has grown to become one of the UK’s premier manufacturers of low-pressure (up to 2.4 Bar) laboratory autoclaves for use throughout the food, drink, dairy, health and pharmaceutical industries.

Priorclave are approved by Zurich Insurance as manufacturers of Pressure vessels and systems for autoclaves under the European Pressure Vessel Directive in addition to operating a BS EN ISO9001: 2000 Quality System.
Priorclave have introduced many new ideas into the Laboratory Autoclave market. Low loading heights, compact designs, thermal locks on all models, full microprocessor control across the range, media warming and vacuum assisted cooling are now commonplace features introduced by Priorclave to the UK autoclave market.
The latest innovation is collaboration with BioCote® to produce the first range of autoclaves able to inhibit growth of bacteria both outside and inside. BioCote® ‘s unique powder coating is applied to all models to boost standards of laboratory hygiene and is effective throughout the lifetime of the equipment.
Priorclave offers total choice with autoclaves in capacities from 40 to 700 litres in benchtop, top-loading, front-loading, small medium or large styles.
