The unique Molecular Imaging Platform assesses the efficacy of new drug candidates in vivo using Annexin A5, a protein that binds with cells in apoptosis, undergoing programmed cell death. Depending on whether your drug candidate should hamper or promote apoptosis, the gathered results very quickly reveal the effectiveness of the drug at hand. Possible tests include kinetic studies and studies regarding the compound’s efficacy. The analysis reveals real time results by means of tailored mouse models.
