PBSC was established in 1987 and is a supplier of components for clean controlled environments.

We supply direct to pharmaceutical, chemical and biotechnological organisations Worldwide and our product range has expanded over the years but the innovative designs are still very apparent.

Our products are manufactured on our premises, and we have a full display room of our equipment enabling visitors to see products in-situ.

PBSC employ their own specialist installation team to ensure that our highest standards are adhered to.

We also can quote you on a preventative maintenance contracts on request and this is recommended for keeping the lifecycle costs of your clean room to a minimum.

Generally PBSC can dispatch major spare items at short notice and we offer a full 1 year warranty on all products.

Clean Room Doors & Framework Technology

Our unique patented Clean room doors and frame system incorporate many features to ensure the suitability for clean and controlled environments. We provide door sets in standard widths and heights, however the frame is manufactured specifically to suit a given wall thickness dimension. Gas sealed door sets are also available with inflatable seals eliminating the need for a floor threshold. We manufacture both clean room glass and resin door

Clean Room & Emergency Escape Breakout Panels

Our clean room emergency escape panels provide a quick escape from the clean room environment. Our unit are fully sealed and they offer a flush easy clean room facility.

Viewing Panels

The double glazed viewing panel provides a flush finish to the cleanroom facility and is available in a number of standard sizes. The outer flange provides a seal-to wall finish and is complete with radiused corners.

Transfer & Trolley Hatches

Our clean room transfer/trolley hatch provides a means of passing products ‘in and out’ of a clean room whilst maintaining the correct air pressures. This is achieved by an innovative mechanical door interlocking system.

Air & Decontamination Showers

Air Showers and Decontamination Showers are constructed to a modular design using PBSC standard clean room components. The de-contamination shower provides total decontamination to the operator and to the internal surfaces of the shower.

Clean Room Changing Facilities, Equipment & Furniture

The change room furniture is constructed of phenolic resin, manufactured to suit the clients requirements. The units have no visible fixings and are easy to clean.
