Honeywell Burdick & Jackson manufactures high purity solvents and DNA reagents in a production facility with an ISO 9001-certified quality system. Although all raw materials are carefully qualified, we also utilize various intermediate purification steps prior to final distillation. The result is an extremely uniform product, despite raw material variability. Our proprietary packaging techniques ensure our product quality is maintained to the time of actual use.
Our quality system is ISO 9001 certified and meets the requirements of the 2000 version, which includes the additions of customer satisfaction, training effectiveness, management review, infrastructure, work environment, and continual improvement.
Continuous Customer-Focused Improvement
Over 40 years of purification experience have allowed us to develop the knowledge base and technical capability required for custom-tailored solvent processing. To fully understand changing product requirements and continuously upgrade B&J solvents, we carry out application-specific R&D and QA studies.
Our laboratories test solvents using actual customer protocols such as the US EPA (United States Environmental Protection Agency) Methods. We also certify certain product lines to meet nationally recognized standards like those of the American Chemical Society (ACS) and the Semiconductor Equipment and Materials Institute (SEMI).
