Platinum-Cured Silicone Tubing
Platinum-cured silicones offer high levels of purity and clarity and also a much 'tighter' surface cure. This is when a more complete cross link reaction takes place leading to the material having enhanced properties and a less sticky surface. Guardline-PCLX is suitable for most critical applications particularly for long term use in active drug production and pharmaceutical applications.

Guardline-PCLX components are produced in a Class 10,000 rated (FED STD 209E) cleanroom production area.
Guardline- Hygienic CREVICE FREE MOULDING TECHNOLOGY incorporates state-of-the-art moulding technology to produce crevice- free Hose and Tubing assemblies. It has the capability to offer the user the option of not compromising the quality of the hose or tubing when there is a need to fix an end termination to the product.
Guardline-Hygienic assemblies offer a component where the only surface which contacts the transferred medium is silicone. The end fitting itself does not contact any critical product and can therefore be designed without constraints.
