TrueGuard PS Wipes
TrueGuard PS is a sealed edge, two layers of continuous filament knitted polyester fabric laminated to form a strong, absorbent wiper. Additional fluid is trapped between the two layers giving it more than twice the absorbent capacity of the individual layers. ISO 4 cleanroom laundered & Packaged.
TrueGuard Q Wipes
TrueGuard Q is a 2-ply quilted polyester wipe, laser cut to seal the fibres at the wipes edge. The most sorbent sealed edge wipe available the TrueGuard Q's 2-ply construction increase strength, durability and total sorbency. PURITY wipes made from pure polyester offer even lower linting properties. They are available laundered to Class 10 standards and with conductive yarn woven into the fabric to prevent static build-up. Cotton drill, spunlaced polyester, abaca hemp, nylon, disinfectant impregnated, and solvent impregnated wipes are among the many other types of wiper available from Guardline.
PVA sponges are truly non-linting wipes. They are perfect for final wiping in critical environments and are extremely absorbent, taking up to eight times their own volume. These wipes and blocks can be recycled when rinsed in de-ionised water and stored in plastic bags. Mops (with extension handles), tacky rollers, tacky wipes, and cleaning solutions are other products, which are able to solve any cleanroom cleaning problem.

Purity Wipes in Action
Polyurethane foam tipped swabs, heat sealed to polypropylene stems (without the use of adhesive in order t maintain clean room integrity), are also available - in many styles. Compatible with most organic solvents and cleaning compounds they are ideal for awkward cleaning applications. Completing the GUARDTech range of cleaning products are cotton tipped applicators and camel hair brushes, designed for specialist requirements.

Polyester / Sealed Wipes

WW-3009 is designed for the use of 10 cleanrooms where contaminants including particles, NVR should be minimised. Made of 100% continuous filament, WW-3009 is processed in the class 10 cleanroom laundry facility. It's edges are sealed from up-to-the-date cutting machines, so that particles and lint from edges are trapped inside.

WW-3020 is an ultra clean wiper for class 10 clean room applications, providing fused borders on 2 edges, while other 2 edges are thermally welded. With welded borders on square shaped wipers, particle and lint from those edges are held and trapped within fused borders. Compare to WW-3009, it is recommended for rigorous wiping applications while cleanliness should be maintained.

ESD / Sealed Wipes

WW-5009, 6009 are clean room wipers knitted with carbon fibre in stripe. Designed for ESD sensitive manufacturing environment, these wipers have less static build-up while wiping movement than conventional polyester cleanroom wipers. Its edges are also sealed for preventing fibre lint generation and laundered in the certified class 10 clean laundry system. ESD Wipers are supplied both 100% polyester or Micro denier fabrics.

Micron-denier / Sealed Wipes
WW-4009 is made of 0.13 denier of continuous filament that ensures unparalleled wiping ability with high absorbency and cleanliness. With ultra fine structure of its fabric, the fabric of WW-4009 provides wide contact to wiped surface so that contaminants on the surface are removed efficiently. This fabric also provides more room between fibres, so absorption capacity is increased more than twice than normal clean room polyester wiper.
