Hanningfield Process Systems Ltd. are delighted to work with the Italian manufacturer, Sterivalves, to supply a range of high quality stainless steel hygienic valves to the pharmaceutical and allied industries in the UK.
Sterivalve
![]() | The Sterivalve, offers an advanced technological answer to interception problems. It meets the most stringent hygienic and functional requirements demanded by the industry today. Its compact design, which is free from recesses, allows for total cleaning of the valve. |
Flexivalve
The interception of products such as pills, capsules and tablets, pearl drops or plugs made of rubber or silicone, does not allow for the use of traditional butterfly valves, as these products may be damaged.
For these applications, the Flexivalve, a special butterfly valve with a flexible silicone coated disc and a soft seat that permits the interception and isolation of the product flow without damage, is ideal. A special clamp is supplied with the valve, making it more ergonomic and sterile.
Flexivalve Monobloc
In addition to the Flexivalve, this valve is composed of only 3 pieces. The body can be welded in place onto a container and remain permanently in place for washing purposes.
Rotovalve Light
This valve improves product flow and helps prevent build-up in the discharge phase. The alternating movement of the blades allows for a constant and regular feed and is the ideal solution for compression machines, fillers, mills and weighing stations.
Rotovalve Heavy
The Rotovalve Heavy is the ideal solution to dose powder and granules in the process phase. The design and features of the valve are optimised for applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Sterisplit - Two valves one solution
Avoiding cross-contamination is vitally important when handling hazardous bulk material or any product which must not be exposed to the ambient air. The Sterisplit provides perfect sealing with either powders or liquids during emptying and filling operations and meets the most rigorous hygienic and safety requirements of product and operator protection.
