Farfield Group Ltd (Crewe, UK) is a global supplier of quantitative analytical solutions to the Biophysics, Surface Science and Nanotechnology communities, specialising in analytical instrumentation for biophysical and surface science characterisation and structural measurement.
Farfield is a dynamic company with a unique approach. Our proprietary dual polarisation interferometry (DPI) technology is the first to be capable of revealing the intimate and complex relationship between structure and function in a wide variety of molecules in real time, at market-leading levels of sensitivity and resolution.
International Sales Professionals
Farfield is currently recruiting high calibre sales professionals to support the ever increasing demand for AnaLight® and its associated products.
Responsibilities will include:
- Direct sales of Farfield's AnaLight® product range
- Supporting and training our community of distributors worldwide
- Identifying and expanding our presence into under-represented territories worldwide
- To achieve the Company's sales and profitability targets
- To achieve and exceed expected target levels of activities for all territories
Product Support Specialists
We also need experienced product support specialists to work alongside both our own scientists and our established and developing customer base.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing new applications for Farfield's range of analytical instrumentation
- Supporting and training our expanding community of users worldwide
- Technical representation of the company at international conferences
- Contributing to the strategic direction of the company's product ranges
With an ever-increasing number of users and unprecedented levels of interest in our products and services, these are critical roles at the centre of Farfield's global community. There will be considerable opportunity for international travel.
Successful applicants will enjoy the experience of working amongst the most progressive biophysicists, surface scientists and nanotechnologists in the world, and therefore should have the highest level of technical credibility and communication skills. The ideal candidates will be educated to degree level in a relevant scientific discipline and would be expected to have experience in a customer-facing environment.
