The Downflow workstations achieve fume containment by a down draught flow of air through the work surface followed by passage through state-of-the-art carbon filtering. This means all fumes are handled inside the unit without the need for external ductwork. In addition to this there are no front screens to hinder work accessibility making the workstations ideal for industry, forensic science, pathology laboratories and many other applications.
Standard downflow units are available in four different sizes ranging from 1 to 2 metres or several units can be joined together to form a continuous run of working area. Models are available with ventilated sinks, large working areas, wash down facilities, formalin dispensing stations and almost any option you would care to think of.
