Memograph S operates with a unique safety concept that is TÜV certified and FDA compliant to 21 CFR 11. It's invaluable in plants that produce a number of batched products, as it stores a variety of product data, each with individual set points, e.g. cleaning, so that alarms are not triggered during routine tasks. It is ideal for use in clean rooms, sterilisation processes, mixing plants, filling lines and warehouse monitoring.
Multi-functional and user-friendly, Memograph S plots signals, monitors alarm limit points, stores data internally and archives it on ATA flash memory cards in a coded format for maximum security. Memograph S is virtually tamper-proof - using the 'Audit Trail', process sequences can be verified, with access restricted to authorised personnel via a unique password system. Operating steps such as log-in sequences, set up changes and alarm violations etc are stored for reference. The measured data is only saved to the computer database if it has completed an error-free transmission - any data that has been tampered with is identified and marked as such.
Memograph S gives you information at the push of a button. Searching for a particular value or event can be time-consuming, but with Memograph S you just choose events, times or measured values for fast access to the information required! All operation is done via 6 large pushbuttons on the front of the device, helping to minimise operator error.
