Standard sizes from 100 to 1000 litres, and several specific temperature ranges, will cover many stability testing applications, in the pharmaceutical and packaging industries.

SP Climatic Cabinets
These are purpose built and available in three sizes: 90 litres, 330 litres and 540 litres.
Eurotherm digital controllers manage both the temperature and humidity; 4 and 16 segment programmers can be fitted as options.
The ultrasonic vapour generator can produce minute quantities of vapour and thus give exceptional humidity control.
A 10 litre, distilled water reservoir is fitted, but the cabinet can also be connected to an on-line water system for long term, unattended operation.
The stainless steel, interior chamber has a rack with fully adjustable shelves, welded seams and a secondary
Internal glass door. A 35mm cable entry port is provided to simplify
tests under load. Fan circulation ensures accurate and precise conditionsthroughout the chamber.
SP cabinets are supplied with built-in refrigeration for temperatures down to 0°C, or without refrigeration for temperatures around 40°C. Humidity range is 30 to 95% RH.
Meditest Stability Cabinets
These cabinets are available in two sizes,600 and 1200 litres.
All cabinets have a stainless steel interior,fan circulation and an ultrasonic vapour generator. Shelves are plastic coated and mounted on fully adjustable, tip-proof runners.
The external case is stainless steel and the chamber has a door which seals against a magnetic gasket. A key operated lock is fitted.
All Firlabo stability cabinets are fitted with locking, rubber tyred castors. As installation requires no fixed plumbing, the cabinets can easily be moved for cleaning.
Meditest cabinets all have built-in refrigeration, and will operate at all of the commonly used ICH temperature / humidity combinations.
All Firlabo stability test cabinets are fitted with Eurotherm controllers. One for temperature and one for humidity.
These PID controllers are very accurate and precise. Temperature is controlled through a PT 100W sensor, and humidity is controlled via a XYZ humidity sensor.
T° / RH data can be collected onto a two channel recorder or alternatively, onto a data recorder. If required, data can then be downloaded onto a PC.
As there is often a requirement for long term,low temperature stability testing, both sizes of Meditest can be supplied without humidity.
This means that the same high precision can be provided at low temperatures.
There are two temperature ranges for the Meditests: either 0°C to 60°C or -25°C to 60°C.
