MTS Plus-Pak
- 7-Day
The 7-day pack has 28 blisters, each of which holds all of the medication, in tablet or capsule form, that is due at a particular administration time on a particular day. - Administration Times
There are 4 administration times for each day and all are clearly marked in large print. - Pressure Sensitive
The Plus-Pak is pressure sensitive, and does not require the use of a heat sealing press to ensure a quality seal. - Label / Instruction Flap
The 'book' design of the punch card provides the necessary room to clearly label and identify the packaged medication and accompanying instructions. - Customisation
You can personalise the Plus-Pak with your pharmacy's own logo. Minimum order quantities apply. You can save further costs by having your customised version manufactured as a heat seal punch card. - Tamper Evident
The Plus-Pak is a tamper evident, disposable compliance package. You can clearly see whether a medication has been taken or is missing. - Ease of Use
- Remove the pressure sensitive liner from the card to reveal the sealing surface. Place the card on the sealing template (glue side up).
- Insert the blister sheet into the card starting with the top row, then lower the rest of the sheet into the remaining holes.
- Using the reverse side printing as a guide, fill the appropriate blister with the required medication.
- Fold the sealing surface to cover the filled blister. Using the MTS roller apply firm and even pressure to seal. Place the prescription labels on the attached label / instruction flap.
- Filling Template
All Plus-Pak orders come with free sealing templates. These foam trays hold the card during the filling process and provide a suitable platform for applying pressure when sealing the card.
