We develop and manufacture labels and applications, in sheets, rolls and fanfolds for use in laser, direct thermal and thermal transfer equipment. By working closely with our customers and using the knowledge and expertise of our network of industry alliances we ensure that our solutions provide our customers with applications that meet the requirements and provide the functionality, throughput performance and reliability which are key in business today.
Foremost among these is XONAD™ - the most flexible and efficient means of manufacturing custom-made labels and applications. The XONAD™ process allows us to apply patterns of silicone and adhesive to selected zones of a material during the manufacturing process, allowing the integration of a variety of items or functions on a single sheet or label. The process is mainly used for label/form combinations, for example integrated pick and pack documents, return slips and address labels. But is also used for more complicated applications, such as wristbands, LaserCards™ and mailers. The XONAD™ process can produce labels and applications in sheets, rolls and fanfolds.
Our innovative approach to delivering customised label solutions has brought measurable benefits to many organisations. For example, our integrated label/form solutions, using XONAD™, enabled a major consumer electronics retailer to increase their daily shipping volume of white goods by over 60%. Our wristbands have increased efficiency in a number of hospitals, ensuring greater accuracy, reducing exposure to risk and saving time and money. And our LaserInFold™ recloseable leaflet/booklet solution, designed for variable data and print-on-demand applications, has evolved from extensive use in the pharmaceutical industry to innovative applications in product labelling, promotions and logistics.
