ThermoRoll™ The solution for direct thermal printers with automatic or manual label dispensing. The rolls are manufactured blank or with pre-printed frames and/or artwork supplied by the customer. They can be delivered as paper or filmic material with a wide range of adhesive options and, as they are manufactured to order, they can be delivered in any size and quantity.
TransRoll™ The thermal-transfer solution. Our durable TransRoll products are designed for thermal-transfer printers with manual or automatic dispensing and are suitable for all printer-brands and transfer-ribbons. They come in a wide range of paper and filmic materials. The adhesives used range from permanent to removable. All TransRoll products are manufactured to order and, as with all our roll products, are available in a range of core sizes.
PolyFast™ BS5609 approved, durable waterproof labels. PolyFast™ is a white polymer film that laser-prints like paper, yet has all the benefits of a filmic material. BS5609 approved PolyFast™ labels comply with the 1997 Merchant Shipping (Dangerous Goods & Marine Pollutant) Regulations and are ideal for use in moist conditions and on difficult surfaces. PolyFast™ is the durable label of choice for the manufacturing sector for transport and distribution labelling, bar-coding in adverse conditions and for use on drums and containers in the chemical sector. It is available in sheets, rolls and fanfolds for the use in laser or thermal-transfer printers.
LaserVoid™ The smart tamper-evident label solution. LaserVoid™ has been specially designed as a security application for asset management labelling. The label is highly durable and can be printed with barcodes, security warnings, instructions or rating data. Any attempt to remove the label leaves part of the adhesive on the substrate with a ‘Void’ or other customised message clearly visible.
LaserInfold™ Recloseable leaflet labels for storing large amounts of variable text. LaserInfold™ labels are A4 andA3 laser printable sheets that fold in on themselves to create a re-closable booklet. A permanent adhesive makes the booklet adhere to even the most challenging of surfaces. LaserInfold™ also has a recloseability feature which allows you to open and close the booklet repeatedly. Manufacturers are using this application to track mixed palettes, to attach warranties and instructions and to promote their products
LaserWash™ Wash-away labels for easy removal. LaserWash™ is the solution for customers who need labels that peel away cleanly and easily. They are typically used on trays or bins where specific information needs to remain in place during a production or logistics process. When they are no longer needed, the labels are simply removed by washing. This removes the label and all of the adhesive. Because the label dissolves completely in the wash, there is no risk of drains getting blocked. In short, LaserWash™ labels are 100% environmentally friendly, biodegradable and water-soluble.
DryPeel™ Contamination Free Labels. DryPeel labels are ideal for food processors and other manufacturers, as they meet health and safety regulations and allow labels to be printed in-house and on demand. When the label or card is removed from it’s backing, it will have clean edges, as these are cut (not perforated), and it will be free of adhesive.
