What does the IEO do ?
- IEO Monitors dew point - a measure of quality.
- IEO Controls the pressure band.
- IEO Controls Intelliflow - raising or lowering the set point to allow for scheduled downtime, weekends, shutdowns, etc
- IEO will optimise the efficiency of a Nirvana compressor system.
Time-Saving Diagnostics
IEO allows the fixed-speed compressors to run at full capacity, their most efficient mode. When they are not needed IEO shuts them down - eliminating inefficient loading / unloading of the machine.
IEO provides fast diagnosis of system demand and displays a warning and/or stops the compressor if it exceeds parameters. This will keep troubleshooting expenses and downtime to a minimum.
Comprehensive Data Display
An easy to read, liquid crystal display, provides you with critical details of your compressors operation, allowing you to make fast adjustments when necessary.
