Sterimatt, like its mid-sheen equivalent Sterisheen, is an elastomeric coating with inherent ingredients that prevent the growth of micro-organisms, such as mould, bacteria and yeasts, on its surface.
An application of Sterimatt will cure to provide a smooth, matt finish, guaranteed to remain effective for at least 10 years. This is particularly beneficial in areas that need a high level of hygiene control, for example healthcare establishments, pharmaceutical facilities and food manufacturing premises, where a smooth, matt finish is required.
Sterimatt is also completely seamless and resistant to impact and harsh cleaning regimes. It does not crack or flake and is water based, allowing application without any strong odours.
