- Automated sample list generation automatically creates a new sample list from collected fractions for fraction pooling and re-injection.

- Sample Re-injection automatically monitors analytical scout runs and makes determinations on sending to preparative purification based on %area or %height.
- A wide range of collection capabilities
- Conditional logic FC, for collection based on multiple data signals such as UV and ELSD or for multiple conditions such as Level and or Slope
- Independent front and tail slope settings for optimizing collection of a tailing peak
- APEX collection capabilities, perfect for chiral separations. Allows peaks to be collection from just the front to the APEX, APEX to the tail or to just subdivide a peak at the APEX
- Subdivide fractions by either time or volume
- Manual advance for manually triggering fraction collection
- Gradient hold for modifying gradient conditions for the current injection while still allowing fraction collection to proceed
Controlled ease-of-use with Open Access
- With the Open Access module, you can set up TRILUTION™ LC to run your application in as few as five mouse clicks. For shared HPLC lab space, a system administrator can set up any application and grant access to specific users.
- Simply log in to Open Access, and you will have access to your stored applications. TRILUTION™ LC will tell exactly where to place your sample and where to pick up your fractions when they're done (and in how much time). Open Access eliminates repetitive setup time so you can focus on your science.

Real-time viewing with Application Run - The Application Run screen provides real-time processing of your samples and a real-time chromatogram display of your run.
- Easy-to-use spreadsheet sample lists allow you to quickly enter in the samples to process and satisfy any variable conditions.
- Bed Layout view provides a graphical sample lassoing option for inserting samples into the sample list, as well as a quick view of your bed samples.
- Additional sample list functions for setting sample volumes, auto sample list generation of fractions for post collection processing and minimum fraction vessel monitoring to ensure collection tubes are available for collecting valuable compounds.
