The flow bagger machine is representing the most recent technological development aimed to the demand of high-quality and performances joined to a low package costs to be applied to disposable products such as baby diapers, sanitary napkins and panty shields by using polyethylene film.
The products are directly taken from the stacker and moved to an infeed chain conveyor which by means of flight bars inserts them into the tube film mouth. Top and side guides calibrate the pouch.
The longitudinal seam is made by means of a hot air jet as well as of the locking pressure made through two rubber rollers. This seam is made before reaching the box motion for cross welding, side gusset tuckers and separation knives cut off the exceeding film material.
Impulse heating for final sealing system, consisting of two upper and lower pairs of wire sealers and two knives as trim removal system to extract waste between packages.
Reel unwind holder to house two film reels of 400 mm. diameter, which depending on the demanded version, may be positioned inside or outside the machine.
Each shaft is independently motorized by an AC motor. The film reel change-over may be done manually or automatically (option part).
A touch-screen panel consents to the operator a simple, continuous and direct check of the bagging process and a rational machine's operation.
