Expendable pallets are frequently used all over the world. To ensure that the packaging conforms to phytosanitary regulations, treated wood or other material is used. Nefab is able to provide a suitable solution for applications world-wide.
Nefab offers both complete corrugated pallets and separate corrugated pallet runners. These can be shipped and assembled efficiently with the corrugated or honeycomb deck just before usage at the customers location.
Presswood Pallets
Presswood pallets are moulded in one solid piece from dried wood fibres. The manufacturing process takes place under high temperature and pressure which burns out all infestation and eliminates the need for costly fumigation or heat treatment prior to export.
Advantages with this expendable pallet are:

- Completely recyclable

Wooden Pallets
Wooden expendable pallets can be found in various designs. In general, expendable wooden pallets are used for heavier products in a one-way flow.

Plywood Pallets
The plywood pallet is an excellent load carrier for heavy goods that need a strong and durable packaging solution.
Nefab's lightweight plywood pallet can be reused several times but could also be sold as an integrated part of the box. The plywood deck has a smooth, clean surface and low moisture absorption. Another major advantage is the low weight yet good strength.
Plywood is not considered a phytosanitary problem according to international regulations, therefore the pallet can be shipped to any destination. The 12 mm plywood deck and the aluminium cylinders are manufactured in standard footprints of 1,200 x 800 mm and 600 x 800 mm.
- Customisation is often made within recommended limits in size:
- Minimum dimensions: 370 x 300 mm
- Maximum dimensions: 1,570 x 1,570 mm
Plastic Pallets
