Biotest has introduced the APC Compressed Gas (CG) Adapter, a simple to use diffuser to determine particle concentrations within pressurized gasses.
The APC CG Adapter is a small and lightweight accessory that can be used with any airborne particle counter including the Biotest APC Handheld and APC Portable Airborne Particle Counters. It is used to measure the particulate content of compressed Air and Nitrogen. Other compressed gas monitoring devices require multiple attachments due to varying particle counter models and input pressures. The APC Compressed Gas Adapter is one interface that allows for a fast and easy connection between the compressed gas line and particle counter.
Compressed gasses may be used to operate equipment, clean manufactured products or might come in contact with the final product; therefore monitoring the particulate content of pressurized gasses is important and at times required. The APC CG Adapter allows a simple and convenient method to test compressed gasses.
