Oberdiessbach, Switzerland – REMP, a world leader in providing innovative solutions for sample management and sample security, has increased their line of automated thermal sealers with the REMP EasySealer™, a new entry-level, semi-automated instrument developed to meet the low throughput needs of drug discovery.
The REMP EasySealer™ offers researchers a reliable sealing solution for storage of their current samples, while helping them keep pace with the accelerated influx of new arrivals. The device is capable of sealing many different types of standard microplates, PCR plates, and deepwell plates. The REMP EasySealer™ is flexible in that it is capable of using many different types of pre-cut sheets of seal material, such as the Pierceable Thermo-Seal, Removable Thermo-Seal, Extra-Durable Removable Thermo-Seal and the Clear Thermo-Seal.
This instrument also allows for adjustments of sealing temperature, time, and pressure, which is identical to REMP’s Portrait Heat Sealer and Stacking Heat Sealer, to accommodate various applications. It’s simple design contributes to its ease of operation. Designed for users that do not have a high number of plates to seal, the REMP EasySealer™ is compact and easy to use, simplifying the sealing process and giving the user a reliable seal that they have come to expect. It requires only a small space on your laboratory bench, compressed air and an electrical outlet. It is also CE and UL/CSA approved.
