Sterile Face Masks
Developed to meet the most stringent Clean room requirements.
Manufactured in a new Class 100 facility Hitek masks are wide enough to cover the whole of the exposed area of the face. They are constructed using a 3 layer non woven fabric combination. Each layer has been chosen to meet a specific function. The inner layer is designed to be soft against the face and minimise operation discomfort and allergic reaction. The middle layer is a 100% melt blown polypropylene filtration media providing 90% efficiency of 0.1 micron at 2.55mm/ag. The outer layer is chosen to be strong enough to protect the mask from damage during use. The edges of Hitek masks are ultrasonically welded to provide strength and cleanliness.

Choosing re-usable clean room clothing involves more than just satisfying a need to control contamination, it's equally important to ensure a high level of worker comfort so that production efficiency is not reduced.
The GUARDTech range of garments meets all types of clean room demands, from simple laboratory coats to full suits for total protection even body warmers. Badging, barcoding, pockets and a choice in fastening styles are also offered, along with a skilled modification and repair service.
A wide range of polyester antistatic and barrier fabrics is available in a choice of colours. All fabrics can be washed, sterilised or dry-cleaned.

BIOFIT Engineered Seating chose GUARDLINE to distribute the world's most popular, comfortable and durable industrial and clean room chairs. European legislation requires employers to provide ergonomically- designed seating for operators who are seated for more than four hours a day (not necessarily continuously). Correct seating is vital and can have benefits in avoiding cumulative trauma and/or soft tissue problems.

The range includes standard industrial chairs and stools, static control chairs, and a variety of chairs for cleanrooms from Class 10,000 to Class 10.
The top of the range Class 10 chairs feature either a patented breather lung filtration unit or upholstery that acts as a filter. Class 100 chairs are also filtered to prevent exhalation of particles from the upholstery. Guardline assembles, stocks, and supplies the Biofit range, as well as carrying out repairs and servicing. It can also provide seating, workstations, and sit/stand stools to suit many diverse applications.

GUARDLINE TECHNOLOGY is the main European distributor for Kimberly-Clark's Munising LP®. The polymer impregnated substrate surrounds and bonds each individual cellulose fibre resulting in a cleanroom paper, which has characteristics similar to bond paper. The cellulose fibre core provides true paper characteristics giving problem free writing, printing and photocopying. Munising LP® is autoclavable, and benefits from extremely low static build-up and particulate generation (less than half the particles of other leading cleanroom papers). Notebooks, manufactured in our own premises, are available in three sizes and various colours to aid colour coding regimes. Pre-printed forms can also be provided along with custom-made labels.
