The new centrifuge series P are ideally sized to provide optimal adaptation to suit the required process capacity in solid/liquid-separation. Using the latest technology the new machines are now smaller, have less weight and are more compact.

The oil quantity required has been reduced by nearly 300 % by increasing the efficiency of the hydraulic unit. This in turn has a positive effect on the maintenance costs, consumption, cooling requirements and the overall weight of the machine.

For many processes the need for costly external equipment is thereby eliminated, which can result in the reduction of the total cost of ownership by up to 20 % in the solid/liquid separation process.

In many cases where production flexibility is a requirement, two smaller machines can be more cost effective than one larger. Thanks to the state of the art control equipment the different centrifuges in a production line can be synchronized to have a continuous and constant solid outlet. This option can be very imported for the following production step.

Even though these machines are batch oriented they can, thanks to the highly automated control and instrumentation equipment, be operated fully automatically in a continuous cycle.
