This fully integrated blister line is going into production at a leading contract packaging specialist in Europe, for whom the key features of the T6 - efficiency, fast changeover, flexibility and ease of operation - were essential criteria.
It represents the first application in a series of launches for the new Noack 9000 range, which represents a completely fresh approach to blister machine design and takes the flexibility for which Noack is renowned to new levels.

The Noack 9000 stands apart from other recent launches in this market in that it is billed as ‘the machine for every challenge.’ Simply put, where other manufacturers offer a variety of machines and product ranges for different applications and throughputs, the Noack 9000 addresses widely diverging requirements with a single machine concept.
The key to this versatility lies in the totally modular design of the machines, enabling customers to specify their sealing method of choice – platen or rotary – while retaining commonality of parts, servicing and operation across different models in the range. Additionally, existing Noack users will benefit hugely from the compatibility of format tooling between their existing 600, 760 and 900 series machines.
Key features of the range include open-standard XML technology, which gives supreme capabilities for integration with downstream and ancillary equipment and pit-stop changeover times, aided by the high versatility and ease of exchange of feeding systems.
The T6 is the flagship of the range, encompassing all the compelling features of the Noack 9000: centralized control, a completely interchangeable feeding system, a revolutionary new sealing system with dynamic adjustment and highly sophisticated buffering, stacking and control systems for super-efficient operation.
