Valves for Analysis and Research
Asco Numatics supply specialist valves made from inert materials for applications in ...
The special MICRO rocker mechanism ensures safe operation in sensitive analytical, biotechnological and medical application environments.
The wetted parts of the new series 067 are made of high-quality materials such as PEEK (body) and FFPM (diaphragm). Key features of the fluid isolation valve are its optimum self-draining capability, low-volume (13 l) and easy-to-flush internal cavity, and the hermetic separation between the fluid and the electromagnetic control system.
It is used in applications with liquid or gaseous, high-purity or aggressive fluids within a pressure range of vacuum at 0.9 bar up to 3 bar. The valve is available in orifice sizes 0.6 - 0.8 - 1.0 and 1.35 mm.
The integrated power-save electronics for low power consumption makes the valve suitable for battery operation. The special rocker mechanism combined with a separating diaphragm prevents heat transfer into the fluid and eliminates the sticking effect of the valve seat to ensure safe opening and closing.
All usual connector types, horizontal or vertical with contact spacings of 2.54 mm and 5.08 mm, and flying leads can be provided as standard.
The 2- and 3-way solenoid valves are available in a choice of connection options: M5 or UNF thread, push-in hose connection, block solutions and custom specials. Every version has the space-saving design. Moreover, the new series 067 offers best price/performance ratios.
