Management Forum have been operating since 1983, and have built a strong presence in the pharmaceutical industry.

What support can you offer in terms of finding speakers, or promoting your clients' events.

We have a large portfolio of highly experienced speakers, gathered over the last 29 years, but are also happy to source new speakers whenever required. We can promote the clients' events on our website, via eblast (we send approximately 250,000 eblasts per month over various sectors), direct mail, linkedin, twitter, facebook and commercial partner sites.

I understand that you offer a range of event management solutions including conferences, seminars and drinks receptions. What are the packages available and how can you help clients to make the events a success?

We can organise an event from start to finish whether in the UK or Worldwide ~ source the venue and accommodation, provide all the marketing and promotional material, deal with the logistics (invitations, online registration, travel) manage the working programme, organise a full social programme and our highly experienced team will ensure the seamless running of the event on the day. We can organise exhibitions, drinks and dinner receptions.

At what stage should people contact you if they are considering running an event?

We usually like 6 months lead time on smaller events but it is best if contact is made as early as possible in the planning stage to ensure the client takes full advantage of our event management team's experience

Management Forum offer a broad portfolio of medical and pharmaceutical events including one-off seminars, regular conferences and extended training courses such as the Medical Device Summer School.

Can you tell me a little more about your events?

We run 4 or 5 day residential schools across several of our sectors. For example the Medical Device Summer School has been designed to map the processes from device concept to marketing and show how regulatory, quality, clinical and other aspects of device development are joined into a continuous process. The event will start with a general introduction as to what devices are and how they are developed and continue with lectures, workshops and case studies covering each process applicable to device development, marketing and eventually the post market procedures. There is ample time for discussion alongside the presentations and workshops.

Our one off seminars are designed to address highly topical issues which affect our clients business or working environment.  Regular conferences are designed to ensure our clients are kept up to date on new regulatory developments and new legislation.

Most of our face to face meetings have a fixed attendance number to ensure all participants are able to address their questions with the presenter or panel.

Who are your events aimed at?

The target audience are professionals and decision makers, although we also run introductory courses for those new to the industry.
